Miss Patti's Butter Crumb Apple Pie Moonshine Porkchops

Happy Tuesday folks. I hope everyone is doing well. It has been quite the chaotic day. Working, cooking and writing all

while planning a birthday celebration for my mom. She turns 96 tomorrow and she is excited about it. My youngest daughter and her family came for lunch today. So the festivities started a bit early.

I then had to go to my house to prepare the food for this blog. Because even at 96 if I brought a bottle of moonshine into my

momma’s house she would bend me over her knee before I knew what had happened. She may be little, but she is mighty and you respect your momma’s wishes no matter what.

But staying true to my March Moonshine Madness I prepared a nice little pork chop for you topped with baked apples that have been accented with some Patti’s Butter Crumb Apple Pie Moonshine.

Put your pork chops on the grill. I just added some Patti’s Seasoning to these. I peeled and sliced about 5 sweet apples, Melted some butter in a large skillet on medium heat, added

brown sugar, cinnamon, vanilla , a little cornstarch dissolved in about a half cup water. And then I add 1/3 cup Patti’s Butter Crumb Apple Pie Moonshine. Bring this to a boil and let boil a couple minutes. Then reduce heat and let simmer for just a few minutes. When pork chops are done, place them on plate and top with apples allowing the sauce to run over the chops and serve. As usual, I have attached a recipe card that you can print. I really hope you enjoy this recipe.

My husband will enjoy this one since I cant take it home to momma. But I wouldn’t have it any other way. I am super blessed to have her with me and I’m going to enjoy every moment.

Until Next Time,

Bev
