After working at Patti’s 1880’s Settlement for nearly 25 years, great food and amazing flavor has become one of my highest priorities even while cooking at home.

Being a mother, grandmother, care giver and self-proclaimed workaholic I have learned to prepare great food, with amazing flavor as well as a wonderful presentation, using the least amount of time possible. Recipe hacks are my friend and thankfully, Patti’s has some fabulous products that help me in the flavor and time department.
